All our parcels are sent via Hermes or Royal Mail where we can tracking numbers will be provided..

A note on vintage inspired items
Please note that some of our items have been given a distressed look as per their description, and may be made from vintage and/ or antique materials, which has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected for suitability and quality prior to being crafted into products. Therefore please note each item is individual and they may show small flaws commensurate with its age, which in no way detract from the function and beauty of the item. These may include, but are not limited to, fading, small pulls in the fabric or slight, permanent, marking and should be expected and accepted as part of the unique history and patina of the fabric. Please do not expect vintage inspired items to look like pristine, and why would you want it to.
Returns and cancellations
You may return an unused item for a full refund or exchange up to 7 days after you have received it. This complies with the current distance selling regulations. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
In the event of a faulty product, please use the contact form, should the product be faulty, an exchange will be provide upon the product being returned to us, if for any reason on our part we are unable to provide an exchange a full refund including carriage costs will be provided.
